Looks delicious, no?
Submitted by: Cadistra of World of Warcraft, eh?
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup frozen or fresh berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, or mixed)
- 1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 of a banana
- 1/2 cup of cold fruit juice, your choice (recommended: blueberry or white grape)
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (not required, but highly recommended)
Directions (This will be easy!):
- Put ingredients in food processor or blender, and pulse until smoothie reaches desired consistency. (For a thicker shake consistency, or if you use fresh berries, add ice cubes.)
- Enjoy.

Looks delicious. Thanks!
great idea! As a family of gamers we have a habit of cooking quick and getting down to business. Looking forward to some new things to add to the menu
Mmm, that does look rather appealing! I’m guessing that’s somewhat heal…thy. :O
That looks incredibly tasty. Do want!

Okay, this site is awesome. Consider yourself bookmarked.
I used to work in a smoothie joint, for a thicker shake I recommend the frozen fruit and a little ice. For extra thickening instead of the yogurt, use sorbet (not American sherbet).
What a cool idea for a site! I bookmarked it. Can’t wait to see future recipes!
I agree! I use frozen mixed berries and 3-4 large ice cubes. Personal preference, I guess.
